Ordering Information

We have converted our electronic ordering system to PayPal to increase the security of your credit card transactions. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your order.

If you know what you wish to order your may:

• proceed to our order page to complete your order.
• consult our order page for the appropriate unit cost and shipping and handling charges. Then complete our Fax Order Form and fax to us.
• call your order in to 617-566-2227
• send an email to info@interchangeinstitute.org and we will call or email you.

Payment:

ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:
We ask that orders be paid in advance with a credit card using our order page or our Fax Order Form. The order can be faxed to 617-277-0889. We accept: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We realize that some of our customers may prefer to call in their order. Please call us at 617-566-2227 to place your order. You may also order using a check. Checks may be mailed along with your completed order form to:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please contact us by email (info@interchangeinstitute.org) or fax (617-277-0889) or phone (617-566-2227) to complete your order. We require payment by credit card for all international orders.

CONFIRMATION:
Once you have completed your order you will receive either a confirmation from PayPal (when you use our order form) or an email message with an attachment from us (when you use our Fax Order Form).

Shipping:

In general, orders will be shipped within two working days of when we receive your order. We use either US Mail or UPS ground for our shipments. If you require expedited shipping, please note this on the order. We will contact you to discuss what your requirements are.

For international orders, in general, your order will be shipped USPS International Priority Mail.
