Payment:

ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:
We ask that orders be paid in advance with a credit card using our secured shopping cart in our webstore. We accept: MasterCard, Visa, Diner's Club and American Express. We realize that some of our customers prefer to fax us credit card information, pay via check or are required by their organization to use Purchase Orders. If you would like to use one of these options, please print out a copy of our price list, indicate which items you wish to purchase and other required information. Credit card or purchase order information can be written on the order form and faxed directly to us: 1-617-277-0889. Checks may be mailed along with your completed order form.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We require the use of a credit card for all international orders. You may either use the secure ordering form (preferred) or fax us your credit card information as described above for domestic shipments.

CONFIRMATION:
Once your credit card information has been processed you will receive an email from us with an attachment. The attachment is a .pdf file which is a copy of your actual invoice marked PAID.

Shipping:

In general, orders will be shipped within two working days of when we receive your order. We use either US Mail or UPS ground for our shipments. If you require expedited shipping, please note this in the comment section of your webstore order. We will contact you to discuss what your requirements are.

For international orders, the calculated expense for your order will not include the cost of shipping. For these orders we will contact you with the exact cost of your shipment before your credit card is charged.
